Shipping policy
Shipping fee is calculated at checkout and delivered via UPS within the United States only. It typically takes 2-3 days for orders to be processed and shipped and then an additional 2-5 days for the boxes to be delivered. Due to the global challenges that include COVID-19 and rising fuel costs, processing and shipping times may be delayed without notice.
If you receive the product damaged/defective, please contact us at hello@simplyspaced.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase describing the issue and including a photo(s).
You must retain the damaged cartons and inner packing materials for expedited replacement and/or credit. Failure to do so may result in loss of claim as this is a carrier requirement/policy and Simply Spaced does not have control or influence in determining validity, acceptance, or denial of carrier claims.
We will make every effort to get your replacement product shipped to you as soon as possible.
